I’ve been driving by this place for years now, it always brings bad feelings, knowing that many of the contractors NEVER GOT PAID FOR THEY’RE HARD HONEST WORK on this property. You go cher ...we know where you’re going. You’ll get to be a permenant Hottie there!!!!!!!

Cher did her homework on Italian Renaissance design and collaborated with her designer to create authentic Venetian-flavored interiors.
As an architect, I appreciated how well she stayed true to the design of the villa itself.

Many of those big artist are moving around their money instead of having it stuck in a property. That may be a reason for this sell.

The house is breath-taking-beautiful….Cher is worth over $600 million dollars and I have NEVER heard of her not paying her bills, this is her 17th house, dont you think we would of heard some bad press by now if she stiffed contractors.  Ron, her builder and decorator has been with her for years and built all of her houses….Someone needs to get their facts straight, Cher has always PAID all of her bills…...

This is a Beautiful house I absolutely love it! Cher you deserve everything you have. You worked hard for it. I would have to agree with Sharon Cher has always payed her bills on time no one has ever heard of her not paying her bills. Cher you are AWESOME!!!!

i heard she is selling this house and moving to her house in Hawaii as she has a nice house there as well. I like both but i bet it is funner to live in Hawaii just cost alot more. I think she is wanting to downsize some since she is getting older and dont want as much.

The court battle between Cher and the contractors she stiffed when she won her case crying on the stand and being a celeb is well documented that she failed to pa for millions of dollars in building that home.

Who knows if she invested in Madoff scam or Enron or any of those other companies who ripped off many celebs.

I think Cher went back to work in Vegas to earn more cash, so she can’t be hurting that much. She still has a massive home in Beverly Hills.
