Bon Iver Sunrise Awakening

On September 26th-27th, Bon Iver put on a morning to remember. The event kicked off with gates opening at midnight for the unique show at the Hollywood Forever Cemetery. Over a thousand fans set up camp with blankets, food, and “spirits”. At 2:00 AM, a screening of Bottle Rocket, entertained the crowd, followed by Planet Earth: Jungles. At 5:15 AM, as the fog rolled in, a group of Buddhist Monks awoke those who fell asleep with a blessing of the attendees. Bon Iver then put on a surreal set as the as the sun came up.
