April’s Salone del Mobile showcases new interior design trends

While the annual Salone del Mobile in Milan is over, the designers and featured collections have continued to linger in the minds of the attendees. This worldwide event, which celebrated its 50th anniversary this year, attracts furnishing specialists, design lovers and communication operators each year, and they never leave disappointed. This year, colors were everywhere to be seen. Designers presented lovely mixes of blacks and whites, fluorescents and pastels. Pastels in particular were all the rage, featured by various design companies such as Ciacci, Missura Emme and Mario Ruiz. Even though these new pieces can be expensive, it won’t be long until we see similar designs in our local furniture stores with a much cheaper price!
